WELCOME TO THE BIRDS NEST

Enhance your well-being through the in-person 1:1 experience offered at The Birds Nest Studio.

Solitude allows you to practice self-care and gives you time to reflect on your needs. The Birds Nest Studio allows you to plan out your days doing things you and you alone want to do during your stay.

Before your arrival, we will do a 2-hour assessment/initial meet-up over the phone or via Zoom. This data provides Natalie with the needed information to collaboratively determine the best schedule to fit her goals and needs.

During your stay, you can dive deep into 1:1 coaching, daily guided meditation, guided cold water plunges in the Slocan River, and hiking or exploring local sites.

In the winter, you can cross-country ski on the freshly tracked trails and return to the wood stove or soak in the antique cast iron tub.

With an additional cost, you can add massage performed by a local RMT, Thai massage, or meals to be included that match your dietary needs. In addition, the Birds Nest will have an onsite cedar wood-burning sauna in 2023.

“This work in self-healing is not easy. It requires us to unearth our shadows and sit with them.

It is uncomfortable and that is why not everyone is doing the work. Numbing ourselves is so much easier. The fact that you are consistently working on your own personal healing is something to celebrate and admire.

You are a leader just by showing up and doing the hard work. Thank you.”
